Aroma Fresh Air - Return Policy
Prior to returning your items to us, please look over and carry out the instructions shown below. Ensure that you understand this policy and make sure that all instructions are followed prior to shipping your item to us.
Aromafreshair.com has a right to charge a shipping & handling fee on all returned products.
General Product Returns
1. Every returned product has to be shipped back in the original factory condition.
Be aware that we will not deal with items that are sent to us without notification in advance. In order to return your product order, you must message customer service via email at info@aromafreshair.com and get a "Inventory Return" sheet that is to be inserted into the package.
2. Improperly shipped items: With improperly shipped items (product received was different from the product purchased), when we confirm then, we will provide an item exchange as well as shipping costs. If you’d like, you may also return the product for a full refund including shipping and handling costs.
Returning Items for Refunds & Replacements
1. Quality Problems:
Our staff will be glad to provide a refund or exchange if there are any quality issues with items in 30 days of receiving the item. Purchasers need to ship the items back, and after we confirm that the product has not been purposely damaged, we can offer a refund or exchange the product.
2. Non Quality Issues:
For all Aroma Fresh Air products, if you return a product, in seven days after receiving the items, for a non-quality related reason, we will be able to offer a refund of 85% of the product’s purchase price. (15% is use for the shipping fee)
Returned items must be in new condition with the packaging it was shipping in originally. We will deduct damages from the price of the lost item from any refund.
Orders Canceled Before Shipment
For all Aroma Fresh Air items, there are no charges for cancled orders.
Incorrect Product Was Received
After we confirm you have received the wrong product, we will exchange your item or fully refund the item and pay for shipping both ways.
